Welcome to our laboratory where we process and can Alalunga tuna fish.Our laboratory is located on the island of Alonissos and so far is one of a kind.

The tuna we use is caught exclusively in the waters of Alonissos by local fishing boats and it reaches our laboratory while it is still fresh.There  we use a very meticulous and elaborate process after which the tuna is sealed into jars using the Alonissos traditional method.
